Alzheimer’s Dementia and Related Disorders
- Class I – 4 hours at $100 per person.
- Class II – 4 hours at $100 per person.

Registration must be completed prior to training. If registrant cannot attend they may reschedule training and the Fees may be transferred. Fees are non-refundable.
