Our management team extends across categories to include:
- Board Certified Primary Care Physician That provides primary care services for:
Geriatrics; Chronic disease management; Dermatology; House calls; VIP/Concierge services for Senior/Retirement living communities, Skilled Nursing and Assisting Living communities.
- Doctor of Podiatrist medicine (DPM) that diagnose and treat conditions of the foot, ankle, and related structures of the leg.
- Board Certified Dietician that is a food and nutrition expert, I provide advice and nutrition care of resident’s in retirement communities, SNH, and ALF. I also plan and implement public health programs/menus that promote good health and prevent nutrition related disorders.
- Registered Nurse that consults with other healthcare providers, monitors patients and educates the individuals and families. Provide, and coordinate patient care, educate patients and the public about various health conditions; assess, plan and promote good health.
- License Practical Nurse works under direct supervision of the RN and our Physician. Compiles health information, performs observations, takes vital signs, administer medication and monitor frequency and amounts. Supervise Nursing assistant, Medication techs and Aides, setup, clean and insert catheters, oxygen equipment concentrator and other equipment. Start IV’s, monitor oxygen saturation levels and PT/INR. Provide care and feeding and conduct other basic care treatments.
